Cancellation & refund policy

01Free changes
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before your slot.
02Late changes
Changes within 3 hours of your slot, or if your pro arrives and can't start, may carry a small late-change fee (amount to be confirmed). This pays the pro for her travel and time.
03If we're late or cancel
If your pro is more than 30 minutes late, you can reschedule or cancel at no charge. If we cancel, you'll never be charged.
04Not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours with details or photos. We'll arrange a free redo, or a refund where a redo isn't suitable.
05Refunds
Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method. Cash refunds are made by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
